The Mallueca variety is a large-fruited pumpkin, the fruits of which have a round, flattened shape with pronounced ribbing. The weight of a mature fruit reaches 6–9 kg, and the flesh is colored an intense orange.
The period from sowing to harvest is 4–5 months. In the conditions of Spain, it is recommended to sow the seeds of this variety in the period from March to May.
