The plant is of the vining type and forms long vines. The variety is characterized by rapid growth, providing a yield of 6 to 12 fruits per plant.

The fruits are spherical in shape, orange in color, approximately 20–25 cm in diameter, and have an average weight of 2–4 kg. The flesh is dense, yellow-orange in color, with a fine-grained texture and a pronounced sweet taste.

The variety is used in cooking for preparing soups, purees, gratins, flans, tarts, and jams. The use of the term 'courgette' in the French tradition is associated with the consumption of fruits of this species at different stages of maturity.
