The variety is a vigorous semi-vining plant, reaching 30–60 cm in height and up to 90–120 cm in width. The ripening period is 52–55 days. The variety is open-pollinated and requires significant space between plants when planting.

The fruits have a characteristic medium-grey or grey-green coloration with speckles and pronounced longitudinal ribs. The flesh is dense and tender. The variety is valued for its high fruit taste quality and abundant flowering, producing a large number of male flowers suitable for culinary use.

The plant has low resistance to diseases, particularly powdery mildew, and requires good air circulation. The yield of the variety is lower than that of modern hybrids; however, the fruits retain high taste quality even when reaching large sizes.
