Variety description

Early-ripening variety, the period from germination to technical maturity of which is 40–55 days. The plant forms a compact bush 40–60 cm tall with medium-sized, deeply dissected dark green leaves.

The fruits have a cylindrical or cylindrical-oval shape, a golden-yellow color with small dots, and a weight of 0.4–1.3 kg. The firm, juicy flesh can have a cream or yellow-pink tint.

The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew, characterized by good transportability and suitability for long-term storage. Yield is from 5.2 to 15 kg/m².

Zolotinka is a universal-purpose variety suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, freezing, and canning while retaining fruit color.
