Perennial herbaceous tuberous plant with foliage that dies back in winter. Plant height varies from 30 to 60 cm, foliage is green in color. Inflorescences with bright pink bracts form during the summer period.

The variety prefers rich, well-drained soils and lighting ranging from direct sun to partial shade. Once established, the plant exhibits moderate drought tolerance, but requires regular watering to maintain uniform soil moisture.

The plant possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt. It is used for ornamental purposes to decorate gardens, for cultivation in pots, and for creating tropical arrangements.
