The variety has a bluish-green leaf tint and forms a dense turf due to intensive lateral spread. The plant produces extremely few generative shoots or does not produce them at all.

Characterized by minimal thatch accumulation and adaptation to conditions requiring increased wear resistance of the cover. The variety is intended for the creation of decorative and functional lawns and is propagated vegetatively.
