Barracuda F1 carrot is a mid-season Nantes-type hybrid. The period from germination to technical maturity is 65 to 80 days. The root crops have a uniform cylindrical shape, and their length varies within 18–23 cm.
The fruits are distinguished by a bright orange surface and flesh color; the core varies from small to medium. The variety is resistant to cracking and head greening.
