The variety is late-maturing; the period from emergence to technical maturity is 120–140 days. The roots are conical in shape and highly uniform, their length varies from 20 to 30 cm, and the average weight ranges from 80 to 230 g.
The color of the root skin and core is red-orange. The flesh is dense, juicy, and tender. The variety possesses high resistance to cracking, powdery mildew, and rot, and is also distinguished by excellent suitability for long-term winter storage.
The variety is considered universal and is used fresh, for long-term storage, and for various types of processing, including freezing, canning, and juice production.
