The Metro F1 hybrid belongs to the Nantes type. The vegetation period is 120–125 days. The roots have a cylindrical shape, smooth surface and are distinguished by a dense structure, which ensures good keeping quality during storage.

The plant forms voluminous foliage and high tops, which are firmly attached to the root. The variety shows tolerance to Alternaria blight. Intended for cultivation in open field conditions and sale on the fresh market.
