Mokum F1 is an ultra-early carrot hybrid with a maturation period of 55–80 days. The root crops belong to the Nantes or Amsterdam type, have a cylindrical shape with a blunt base, a length of 8–20 cm, and a diameter of 1.0–2.0 cm. The root color is bright orange, with no green shoulders, and the core is practically absent.

The plant has a vigorous, sometimes compact leaf apparatus. The flesh is distinguished by a tender and juicy texture. The hybrid shows resistance to Alternaria, Cercospora leaf spot, cavity spot, and bolting. Due to the fragility of the structure, careful handling is required during harvesting.

The variety is intended for cultivation for bunching production, fresh consumption, as well as for the production of snacks and vegetable mixes.
