The Purple Elite F1 variety belongs to the mid-late maturity group. Root crops reach a length of 18–25 cm and have a pronounced conical shape, tapering towards the end. The plant forms strong tops, which contributes to active growth.
The appearance of the root crops is distinguished by bright violet or purple skin and a core colored in yellow, yellow-orange, or white. The variety shows resistance to bolting when sown in the spring period.
This hybrid is intended primarily for fresh consumption, adding to salads, and decorating dishes due to its original coloring. Taste characteristics are defined as mild and sweet.
