Snow Man F1 carrot (breeding number NUN 89141 CAC) belongs to the Imperator variety type. The root vegetables have a cylindrical or cylindrical-conical shape, their length is about 24 cm, and the diameter is about 4 cm.

A distinctive feature of the hybrid is the white color of the root vegetable. The variety is included in the colored carrot category and is intended for fresh use.
