The Svalia BS variety belongs to Nantes-type hybrids. The roots have a cylindrical shape with blunt or slightly pointed tips and are distinguished by a smooth surface. The flesh and core are colored an intense bright orange; the core is small in size.

The vegetation period is from 100 to 110 days. The variety is disease-resistant and has high yield, making it suitable for mechanical harvesting. The purpose of the variety is universal: it is suitable both for early summer consumption and for long-term winter storage.
