The Topcut (or Topcut 93) hybrid is a mid-early to mid-season variety. The root crops are cylindrical in shape and characterized by great length and uniformity, which makes them suitable for mechanized peeling and slicing.
The variety possesses good internal structure and saturated color. In plant protection studies, this hybrid was noted as one of the most tolerant to the parasite Cuscuta gronovii.
