The plant is a compact, well-branched shrub with thin stems and small leaves, having an open growth habit and cascading shoots. The foliage acquires purple shades in the autumn period.
Flowering is abundant, occurring in late spring — early summer. The flowers are star-shaped, bicolored: bright pink buds open into white flowers with a pink tint or pink edges.
The shrub is suitable for growing in containers, as well as for creating borders and decorative mass plantings.
