The variety is a compact, densely clumping evergreen perennial that does not spread widely by rhizomes. Plant height is typically 40–50 cm, and bush width varies from 30 to 50 cm.
The leaves are narrow, stiff, and erect, with a deep blue-green color. Flowering occurs in spring; inflorescences with blue-violet flowers and yellow stamens rise above the foliage. After flowering, decorative blue-violet berries are formed.
The plant is characterized by high tolerance to drought, frost, cold, and windy coastal conditions. It adapts well to various soil types provided there is drainage and does not require complex maintenance.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
