The variety Hilcody, also known by the trade name Sunflor Cody, belongs to the pot carnation group. The plant is characterized by a compact shape and forms dense cushions of grey-green foliage.
The flowers of the variety are double and have a salmon-orange color. The height of the bush is approximately 15–25 cm. The flowering period of the plant covers the time from early spring to late autumn.
The variety possesses resistance to frost and heat and is suitable for placement indoors and outdoors as a border or container plant. This variety is not a commercial cut flower plant.
