The variety Londonie, also known as Elsy, is a commercial variety of the carnation Dianthus caryophyllus. In scientific studies, it has gained recognition due to its high resistance to Fusarium wilt caused by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. dianthi.
This variety has been actively used as genetic material in the development of breeding programs aimed at creating disease-resistant carnation lines, including standard and spray varieties. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant are absent in available publications.
