The variety LONNESCO (also known under the commercial name NAVONA) is a representative of the group of standard carnations intended for cut flower production. The parent forms of the variety have not been officially established.

The flowers are fully double and have a uniform pale pink color. The petal edges are distinguished by deep, irregular, and sharp serration.
