The variety Lonrina, also known under the commercial name Danilo, is a cut flower crop from the perpetual flowering carnation group. The plant forms fully double flowers.
The variety is distinguished by high product quality and an increased yield of first-grade flowers compared to a number of analogs, despite not having the highest total gross productivity. In plant protection studies, this variety demonstrates relatively high resistance to infection by the rust Puccinia arenariae.
