The variety Starewit is a sport of the variety Le Rêve. It belongs to the group of standard carnations intended for cut flower cultivation.
The plant forms fully double white flowers. It is distinguished by high flowering productivity, however, it has a tendency to calyx splitting, which negatively affects the quality of commercial produce.
