The variety belongs to the standard carnation group and is intended for use as a cut flower crop. The parent forms of the variety are unknown.

The flowers of the variety are large, with a red base color of the petals and a white border along the edge. Descriptions exist indicating the presence of pink petals with an orange-pink center and a medium-serrated edge.
