The variety belongs to the 'standard' type. The flowers are fully double, having a very pale pink petal base color with a narrow margin and a small number of short, well-defined purple-red streaks along the edges. The petal edges have short serrations.

The name Kleremo is found in registration registers, including the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) International Dianthus Register and Checklist and CPVO documentation from the early 2000s. Detailed agronomic characteristics of the plant are absent from open sources.
