The variety is a large-flowered carnation intended for commercial greenhouse cultivation. It was widely distributed on the market in the late 1980s and early 1990s, but in modern floriculture it has been replaced by newer hybrids with improved characteristics.

During studies on resistance to Fusarium wilt, the variety was classified as moderately resistant, with plant mortality rates in trials ranging from 30 to 60%. Detailed morphological characteristics of the variety in open sources are limited.
