The variety ICEPOLE (code HECPOLE) belongs to ornamental plants of the genus Diascia of the Scrophulariaceae family. The plant has a bushy growth habit and a heart-shaped leaf base.

In temperate climates, the variety is grown as an annual. Diascia is sensitive to frost and requires placement in sunny or semi-shaded areas with good drainage. Traditionally used for hanging baskets and for the foreground of flower beds.
