Variety description

The plant is a compact shrub ranging from 0.6 to 1.3 meters in height and width. Its main feature is the foliage with a dark green center and a contrasting creamy-white margin, which turns a burgundy-red hue in autumn.
Flowering occurs in summer, from June to August, with small sulfur-yellow tubular flowers gathered in inflorescences. The variety is winter hardy (USDA zone 4), adapted to various soil types, including dry and rocky sites, and possesses moderate drought tolerance.
The shrub is used in landscape design for borders, mass plantings, container gardening, and slope stabilization due to its ability to form suckers. The plant is not invasive and is resistant to major pests and diseases.
