Variety description

The perennial herbaceous plant forms a dense, compact bush 40–60 cm tall. The leaves are dark green, lanceolate or oblong-oval in shape with serrated edges, covered with stiff hairs.

The inflorescences are large, double, with a pompon-shaped central disc of a fuchsia shade. Stiff, upright stems ensure lodging resistance.

Flowering occurs during the summer period from June to September. The plant is winter-hardy and shows good disease resistance when soil drainage is provided. It requires rejuvenation by dividing the bush every 3–5 years.
