Fruits of the variety «Marianna» are a valuable source of micro- and macroelements. The potassium content in dry matter reaches 1670 mg/100 g, and the vitamin C concentration varies from 117 to 211 mg/1000 g. The chemical composition of the fruits also includes carotenoids and polyphenols.
The variety is intended for use as a garden fruit crop. Detailed morphological characteristics of the shrub are absent in available scientific publications, however, the plant is considered a promising object for processing and scientific study in the field of nutritional value.
