Variety description

The variety is an Ethiopian local landrace adapted for growing conditions in Europe. In studies, the variety was examined in the context of analyzing the physiological properties of the seed material and its suitability for the production of gluten-free products.
The plant has low resistance to lodging, which is due to the small diameter of the stem base and root plate, making it vulnerable to wind, especially on sandy soils. In experimental observations, indicators of the timing of the flowering phase were recorded.
