The plant is a medium-sized shrub with a dense and wide crown shape. The leaves have an oval shape and a dark green color with a characteristic glossy sheen.

The variety is hardy to winter temperatures down to -15°C and possesses drought tolerance. Due to its compact size, the plant is suitable for growing in containers and small gardens, and its flowering attracts pollinating insects.
