The variety belongs to the 'Heidi' series, characterized by spring flowering and use as a cut flower crop. There is an improved version, 'Heidi Wine Red Improved', which features a more saturated petal hue compared to the base variant.
Plants of this variety produce single flowers. Peduncle height ranges from 60 to 75 cm. A feature of the variety is the tendency to form rosetted plants, where peduncle development is delayed and the plant remains in the basal rosette stage.
