The plant forms a robust bush 1.2–1.4 meters high and about 0.9–1 meter wide. Leaves are green, lanceolate or elliptical, arranged in whorls.
Flowering occurs from July to September with small cream-white flowers collected in corymbose inflorescences. The variety prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with moist and fertile soil.
