The variety belongs to the creeping red fescue subspecies. The plant has an ornamental appearance, characterized by narrow dark green leaves. The variety is low-maintenance regarding growing conditions and was bred specifically for the climatic conditions of Estonia.
In addition to its use as a lawn grass, the variety was studied in grass mixtures as a forage crop. In experiments studying productivity in grass mixtures, the dry matter yield ranged from 9.1 to 12.8 t/ha.
