The Blink variety was included in a number of agronomic studies conducted in northern climate conditions. During the trials, its morphological features were studied, including high flowering intensity and rapid development of crowns on the plants at the beginning of the season.
The research work was focused on evaluating the chemical composition of the berries, in particular the content of anthocyanins and ascorbic acid. The variety was considered promising for industrial processing, in particular for jam production, and underwent comparative trials alongside the well-known varieties Polka and Senga Sengana.
