Plants of the CBC005 (Adelanto®) variety possess moderate vigor and form several crowns during the growing season. The variety was obtained by crossing the Benicia and Florida Radiance varieties.
The fruits have a conical or slightly blocky shape, the average berry weight is about 34.7 g. The skin is colored blush-red with a pronounced gloss, the flesh has an orange-red hue. The plants demonstrate resistance to the pathogen Macrophomina phaseolina.
