Variety description

10 August 2026

A mid-season variety belonging to the short-day plant type. Bushes are vigorous, compact and semi-spreading, with an open structure that facilitates harvesting. Leaves are large, dark green, with a glossy surface; petioles often have a reddish tint. Upright and strong peduncles are located at the level of the leaves or slightly above.

Berries are large, of regular conical shape, orange-red in color with a strong gloss. The flesh is bright red, juicy, and has a sweet taste. The stalk detaches easily. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing, including cultivation on substrates.

The variety possesses resistance to Phytophthora root rot and is less susceptible to Verticillium wilt and powdery mildew compared to the Elsanta variety. It is characterized as winter-hardy and resistant to lodging due to strong peduncles.
