The plant is moderately vigorous, forming long flower stalks that facilitate harvesting. The berries have a uniform broad-conical shape, dark red color externally and internally, and a balanced, moderately acidic flavor. The flexible fruit skin is highly resistant to rain damage.
The variety is intended for annual mound-grown production systems and is oriented toward the fresh market with long-distance supply chains. The variety is responsive to nutrition, however, it requires control of nitrogen levels, the excess of which can lead to a decrease in fruit firmness and a reduction in shelf life.
The variety demonstrates resistance to a number of diseases, including gray mold, although under certain conditions it may show susceptibility to powdery mildew.
