The variety is a short-day strawberry. The bushes are vigorous, characterized by high productivity and longevity. The berries have a firm texture, good taste and aroma, and are distinguished by an attractive calyx.
The variety shows general resistance to diseases, however, it is noted to be susceptible to powdery mildew. Data on resistance to Phytophthora root rot and Verticillium wilt are unavailable. The genetic line of the variety includes a combination of MDUS5252, Etna and Cavendish.
