The Milcin variety (trademark Zincal) is the result of breeding work for the conditions of southern Europe and is intended for commercial use. In the literature, the variety is mentioned primarily in the context of agronomic studies from the 1990s and 2000s, focusing on comparative productivity and plant adaptation.

During experiments on cultivation in protected cultivation using plastic tunnels, it was established that the use of covering material can lead to a decrease in the yield of this variety due to a reduction in the number of fruits. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant, data on maturity group and product quality are absent in the publications.
