Variety description

The plant forms a dense bushy cushion 0.2–0.3 m in height. Leaves are dark green, deeply dissected, and pubescent. Inflorescences are solitary heads on strong peduncles; ray florets are rolled into narrow tubes. Flower color is copper-red with golden-yellow tips, the center is yellow, darkening over time to a ruby or chocolate shade.
The variety is distinguished by abundant flowering from June to October. The plant is thermophilic and drought-tolerant, withstanding temperatures down to -40 °C. It prefers sunny areas with good drainage and does not tolerate heavy clay soils. It is used in containers, borders, and rock gardens, and attracts pollinators.
