The plant reaches a height of 5 to 7 cm. The flowers have a pink-white color, and the flowering period occurs in June.
In official documents, the variety is classified as a representative of the genus Gaultheria, however, in a number of commercial catalogs it is referred to as an intergeneric hybrid Gaulnettya. The variety is used for ornamental purposes.
