The Kimsey variety (breeding designation Schesim) belongs to the mini-gerbera type. The flower has a pastel pink color with a green center, with a diameter of 7–9 cm and a stem length from 45 to 60 cm. There are also derivative forms of the variety, known as Bridal Kimsey and Kimsey Intense.

The productivity of the variety is 600–700 flowers per square meter when grown in soil and 750–850 flowers when using a substrate. The plant is adapted to hot and extreme growing conditions and is characterized by high vase life (16–18 days). The variety has been assigned the VBN code 17018.
