The Piton variety is characterized by high productivity, amounting to approximately 37.25 flowers per plant. Morphologically, the variety stands out for its long peduncles and specific flower disc diameter. Compared to a number of other commercial gerbera varieties, this genotype forms a smaller number of rosettes.

The plant is intended for industrial cultivation in greenhouses and polyhouses as a cut flower crop. Specific data on resistance to diseases or lodging in open sources are absent.
