The Biscardo variety is a standard gerbera with a semi-double flowering type. The flowers have a deep, saturated red shade, transitioning to dark purple, with a contrasting green center. The flower diameter is 11–13 cm, and the stem height reaches 70 cm.
The plant has high productivity: when grown in soil, the yield is 270–300 flowers per square meter per year; on substrate, 400–500 flowers. The vase life of the cut flower lasts 14–16 days. The variety is adapted for cultivation in hot climate conditions.
