Variety description

The plant forms a bush with a basal rosette. The leaves have a narrow lanceolate shape with characteristic waviness along the edges. There is pubescence on the undersides of the leaf blades and on the petioles, giving a velvety texture. The upper side of the leaf is green, the lower side is burgundy or purple.
In indoor conditions, the plant reaches a height of 60–85 cm. The variety «Wavestar» belongs to the group of ornamental foliage plants for interior landscaping and requires the maintenance of high air humidity and a stable temperature regime.
