Variety description

The variety is a spreading shrub 25–30 cm tall with a crown spread of up to 1–1.5 m. The leaves are thin, needle-like, and dark green in color. The flowers are of a bright red shade and are gathered in dense inflorescences.
The plant exhibits prolonged flowering from autumn to spring. It possesses drought tolerance, tolerates moderate frosts down to -5...-10°C, and is resistant to fungal diseases. It prefers sunny sites, tolerates light shading, and requires good soil drainage.
The variety is used in the landscaping of slopes, rock gardens, and borders, and is also suitable for container cultivation. It attracts pollinators, including birds and bees. To preserve varietal characteristics, vegetative propagation is necessary.
