The hybrid is an improved form of MAS 87A. The plant is characterized by high growth, large dark green leaves with slight puckering and medium serration. Leaf auricles are medium developed.
The inflorescence (head) contains yellow ray florets of a medium shade. The variety belongs to the medium-maturity group in terms of flowering time.
