Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is mid-early, with the period from emergence to physiological maturity taking 96–98 days. Stem height reaches 172 cm. The plant possesses high resistance to lodging, as well as an increased level of autofertility.

Aladin is the world's first confectionery-type variety adapted to the Clearfield cultivation technology, which ensures its resistance to imidazolinone herbicides. The variety exhibits tolerance to the main races of downy mildew, Phomopsis, and broomrape races A–E.

The produce belongs to the confectionery type and is characterized by large seeds. The oil content of the seeds is about 47%. The variety is intended both for snack production and for oil extraction from the smaller seed fraction.
