The hybrid possesses resistance to broomrape races A–E and a wide spectrum of diseases, including downy mildew, phoma, phomopsis, charcoal rot, rust, alternaria, septoria, as well as white and gray rot. Adapted for the use of the "Sumo" cultivation technology for the control of dicotyledonous weeds.
