The hybrid possesses lodging resistance as well as high resistance to major diseases, including phomopsis, phoma leaf spot, and rust. Resistance to broomrape varies depending on the hybrid version, covering races from A–F to A–G.

Certain modifications of the hybrid possess resistance to imidazolinone herbicides. Given that the hybrid is mentioned in different sources as a breeding product of various companies (including Serbian breeding and the Sady Ukrainy agricultural firm), its characteristics may vary depending on the manufacturer.
